Mehar is an attending student at Winchester University and a member of the Young Democratic Party. He is a minor character in Volume One of Dear White People, portrayed by Nikhil Shukla.
Story[]
Mehar was approached by Gabe Mitchell and Joelle Brooks and was offered to have his Young Democrats group join the Black Student Union in organizing a protest rally to bring awareness. He expressed feeling infatuated with Joelle, to which he was quickly rejected.[1]
