Reggie returned to his dorm room, assaulted by the smell of microwaved hot pockets and rock musics blaring from roommate Clifton's laptop. He reminds him to leave a window open if he planned to heat his hot pockets and questioned whether he possessed headphones for the music. Grabbing a bottle of beer from the fridge, Reggie also reminds an uncomfortable Clifton that their room was partially divided, with Clifton's side being alcohol-free in memory of Thane Lockwood.
Pulling a chair to his roommate's bedside, Clifton tries to comfort Reggie, asking that he confess his trauma to him.
